At HBT Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HBT Collectables tags and protective seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
